Doing What You Love Because You Love To Do It

If you ever wonder where you are going, or what you are doing, maybe you should ask yourself what it is that you love. So many times we make things difficult when really the answer is simple. When we ask the right questions often enough we find that the answers to them follow almost immediately. The real challenge is being carefree enough to ask, and strong enough to believe in the answer to the question itself.

Right now I am writing this because I choose to. No one is forcing me, no one is making me. That is why it is so beautiful. The books we read, the films we watch, the things we do, we do because we enjoy them. I think the key to success and fulfillment in life is first finding what we enjoy doing before finding out how it might serve a purpose for others to enjoy as well.

When we do what we love it is done honestly. You cannot fake or mimic true passion if it isn’t there. No matter how hard you try the end product will never be the same. It’s funny because you would have thought that a long time ago I would have gave up on the things I am still doing today, but in the end I didn’t. Somtimes you don’t even realize how you keep going until you look back at time and realize you haven’t stopped yet.

The things you are doing right now you might make into a business one day. You might use it to feed your family. You also might not do any of those things, you might just do them as a hobby, or an exercise to give you peace of mind, or joy. That is perfectly okay because in the end it is still serving a purpose, and that purpose can trickle down into everything you do including the way you interact with the people around you.

It is important that we love life itself. It is important that we love our life, and being alive. It is what we are here for. Aside from everything else our basic purpose is to live! That is why we are here. Aside from living, we are supposed to try and find meaning in it. At least that is what I believe.

Passion is something that maybe a lot of people won’t understand, but it really is everything. The way you write, the way you read, the way you work, the way you love, it all is a matter of how passionate you are at the time. The more passion you have the more beauty you will find in everything. When you find passion in the things that you do you will find a passion for living. That is what will keep you going, that is what will keep you alive! If you haven’t found your passion yet keep looking, or for some of you, start doing. You might find that what you are passionate about is right in front of you. For some of you, to get started, it might cost very little. It might not cost anything at all. So get started! Life is short, and the clock is ticking.
